A good rank in PUBDET exam usually falls within the top 100 to 300, depending on course and category. Higher ranks improve chances of admission to preferred undergraduate programs at Presidency University, Kolkata.

The PUBDET result is generally released a few weeks after the exam on the official WBJEEB website, wbjeeb.nic.in. For PUBDET 2026, the exact result date will be announced after the examination schedule is finalized by the board.

If you lose your confirmation page, you can get a duplicate by board. But you have to pay a processing fee of INR 500 by a bank draft in name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board”. You can pay the fees in Kolkata.

You need your application number, date of birth, and security pin. Enter these details correctly to sign in and view your PUBDET admit card.

If you find any error on your PUBDET admit card, contact exam authority immediately. Errors must be corrected before exam date, otherwise you may face problems on exam day.

PUBDET admit card shows your name, date of birth, roll number, category, father's name, photograph, and signature. These details must match your application form.

Candidates should reach PUBDET exam centre at least 30 minutes before the exam time. Late entry is not allowed under any condition.
