The exam body does not release the list of exam centres. However, they do mention the list of examination zones where the exam centres will be located. While filling the application form, applicants must choose any two of these examination zones. Centres allotted based on availability and details about the centres are mentioned on the PUBDET admit cards. Different examination zones include -

The PUBDET admit card is to be released on June 6, 2025. The admit cards will be published individually for each applicant on the official website - wbjeeb.nic.in/pubdet/. Applicants must carry it to their exam centres with a valid, goverment-issued photo ID and passport-sized photoograph, same as the one attached on the applications. Those who do not produce these documents at the exam centres will not be allowed to take the entrance test.

PUBDET 2025 is to be conducted on June 21 and 22, 2025. The dates may be changed at the descretion of WBJEEB in case of unforseen circumstances. The exam will be conducted in 16 examination zones across West Bengal. Aspirants must select at least two while filling the application form. More details about the exam day like exam centre address, reporting time, etc. will be published in th PUBDET admit card which is to be released on June 6, 2025, on the exam's official web portal - wbjeeb.nic.in/pubdet/.

WBJEEB will conduct PUBDET 2025 on June 21, 2025 and June 22, 2025. The applications for the exam are yet to be released. It is expected that the applicatio form will be available online on the official website - wbjeeb.nic.in/pubdet/ from late March 2025. All the information about the exam and its subsequent events will be available on this official portal only.

As per the exam's notification, each candidate can take the test for a maximum of 3 papers. For the first (or one) paper they apply for, an application fee of INR 500 must be paid. For each extra paper, an extra amount of INR 250 must be paid.

According to the PUBDET information bulletin published by the exam body, the structure followed for the Philosophy, Sociology and Performing Arts paper is as follows.
Basic English | 50 marks |
Logical Reasoning | 30 marks |
General Knowledge | 20 marks |
Total | 100 |
There will be a total of 50 MCQs, each question carrying 2 marks.
