Yes, citizens of India from any state can apply for PUBDET 2025. There is no state residency restriction for applying to PUBDET.

No, there is no upper or lower age limit to apply for PUBDET exam. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has provided no upper or lower age limit.
