Yes, you can study. Why should being an Indian be a problem at all. If you meet admission requirements, have good grades and some experience in thia sector you should be accepted. You have to start checking university websites for entry requirements, take GRE IELTS TOEFL etc. And necessary steps mentioned on university admission pages for acceptance.

The forms for entrance will be out by the mid of February. So I request you to keep a check on the official website for forms. The exam will held in May-June. Result will be declared by the end of July.
