For admission in BA(Hons.) in public administration, you need to have passed 12th with 50%. An entrance test is conducted by the university for admission. The final admission is through counseling based on the marks obtained in the entrance test.

Dear Gagan, it is not clear to me why you want to go for MA in Public Administration after B.Tech/ BE. If you are preparing for some exam, better prepare like this only. In my opinion better option for you would be to go for M.Tech or MBA for brighter prospects. For M.Tech appear for GATE and MBA attempt CAT MAT XAT CMAT etc. In case you don't want to then try for private universities like LPU, Symbiosis, Maniapl, etc. Where admission can be based on above mentioned tests, their own tests, even on basis of marks in graduation. Hello Kamlesh,
After BA in Public Policy, I feel the best option for you would be public administration or HR. There are other courses too. Let me tell that good career depends not on what you have studied but on how much hard work you are willing to put up. All degrees are good only for perhaps first job then it's your reputation.
