The basic eligibility for pursuing M.A. Public Administration is that the student should have cleared their graduation. The graduation should have been done from a UGC recognised college. The student should also have obtained the minimum marks required as mentioned by the university. Different universities and colleges keep different criterion. Generally, the minimum marks asked are 45% or an equivalent CGPA.

Admission chances will depend on your profile, if you are aiming for top ranked universities like Oxford or Cambridge etc. You must have a very good undergraduate degree, some relevant work experience or internships, recommendation letters etc. The scope of job after studies is a dicey matter in UK, it's not easy, however if you study well you will have a chance.
