Hello Kamlesh,
After BA in Public Policy, I feel the best option for you would be public administration or HR. There are other courses too. Let me tell that good career depends not on what you have studied but on how much hard work you are willing to put up. All degrees are good only for perhaps first job then it's your reputation.
