For New Zealand Permanent Residency (PR), the principal applicant typically needs an overall IELTS score of at least 6.5 in the General or Academic module. Partners and children included in the application usually need a minimum score of 5.0.

New Zealand PR is based on the shortage skill list listed in NZ immigration web site. Supply chain management seems to be not there. However that does not mean you should not go for this course. It all depends upon what UG programme you did and if you could get a job related to that studies you may be able to get PR. Again PR depends upon you age, qualification, experience and IELTS marks. If you have good (8 band IELTS then it is possible.

You won't get immediately after graduating. You must find a relevant job first and actually perform well, have good career growth. After a couple of years, i.e. 5-8 years you can apply for PR. It also depends on the market demand, you should be aware of labour shortage and professions in demand and show your relevancy.
