College predictor shows that I can get Pict Pune but when I checked the cutoff2018 I wasn't eligible. Is it upto date?

The prediction is totally based upon the all rounds cutoff's average rank. There may be a slight difference in college cutoff and prediction rank. Do try to figure out about the difference between the rank and look for the chances.
