Comperision between NIT Goa, NIT Raipur, NIT Bhopal, IIIT Pune and PICT depends on various factor
NRIF Ranking
on the basis of NRIF ranking NIT Raipur is better among them after that NIT Bhopal
When comes to campus then NIT Bhopal has better campus among them and placements of NIT Bhopal is also better then them it's the highest package is 64 Lacs per annum this year
So according to if you are getting computer Science in NIT Bhopal then it will be best option for you but if you are getting mecanical Or chemical in NIT Bhopal so you should go for some better branch in NIT goa Or IIIT patna
