Hey Ashwini,
You can check out the colleges you want to join for their cut-off last year. However it is not feasible to take admission based on low score in GATE but you can try out other criteria. I would suggest you to look out of Pune also to get some best options.

Hyderabad and Mumbai branches are very good for finance.If you talk about these three branches i think among these you can select Pune. Pune placements are quite good.

Every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.
