Only MBA is not just enough to get teaching job. If you found difficult to crack NET but if you want to become an assistant professor, take admissions in Ph.D. from any reputed university by clearing its entrance exam.

In Pune, there are number of colleges offering regular MCA course like Sinhgad, Fergusson, MITCOM and few others but I am not sure about part time MCA. I would suggest you to go for regular MCA if possible.
