Candidates should have a four-year bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). Industry professionals who are being supported by their respective company must have at least two years of work experience with 50% marks or equivalent grade in graduation. SC/ST candidates need to score at least 45% in BE/B.Tech.

SIT Pune offers many M.Tech specializations for those who completed their 4-year graduation with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks. This includes Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Automotive Technology, Robotics & Artificial Intelligence, Engineering Design, and Geoinformatics.

15% seats are reserved for SC candidates, 7.5% are reserved for ST candidates and 3% are reserved for Differently Abled. Over and above this sanctioned intake, there are two seats per programme for J&K migrants. 15% seats are for international students including NRIs

Yes, entrance exam (SPACE CET) is compulsory for admissions into undergraduate engineering courses at IIAEIT Pune. For being eligible to the course, students should complete their Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories) in the above subjects taken together.

You are still eligible for M.Tech admission at SIT Pune without GATE score. In this case, you will have to take an entrance test followed by a personal interview round. Based on the combined score of entrance exam and personal interview, you will get admission.

Annual academic fees for different M.Tech specialisations are as mentioned below:
Engineering and Management: INR 3.0 lac
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: INR 3.0 lac
Robotics and Automation: INR 2.05 lac
Automotive Technology: INR 2.05 lac
These fees include the academic fee, a refundable institute deposit, and non-refundable administrative fees.

Yearly wise cutoff for BTech course at IIAEIT Pune has not been released by the institute. However, as per the info. taken from the website of the institute, it can be seen that the institute has allocated a pre determined scores to each specialisation. Check out the details in the following table:

The rules and guidelines to apply for IIAEIT Pune BTech Scholarships is mentioned in the below pointers:
- Students are eligible for scholarships in subsequent years after completing the academic requirements as asserted by the department/ authorities/ university.
- A student can apply for only 1 scholarship. Only 1 scholarship will be applicable per student.

Yes, IIAEIT Pune does offer scholarships to the BTech students. The scholarships are mainly offered as tuition fee concessions for the deserving and talented students. Three type of scholarships are offered by the institute, scholarships on the basis of SPACE CET scores, scholarships offered through sports quota, and through defence quota.
