Scoring anything about a percentile of 85 is definitely and excellent achievement. Be that as it may it will not help you in getting admission in any college in Pune or Mumbai. This is because all the colleges in Maharashtra have to accept the rankings obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the government of Maharashtra called MHT CET. Of course, a very small percentage of seeds in majority of colleges are reserved for what is called as all India quota and this is filled up based on the ranking of JEE Mains examination. I am sure you would have appeared for this exam also and if you have scored above percentile of 85 in JEE Mains examination then you will definitely do exceedingly well in MHT CET also.
