As per knowledge Chandigarh university is one of the preferable choices for students who want to pursue M.Com due to NAAC A+ and diamond rating awards.
Chandigarh University has a good infrastructure with well-equipped labs and library good hostel facilities.

Hello Heramb, yes, transfers are possible. Between two colleges coming under the same university. Between two colleges coming under different universities also. There is a procedure laid down for this. However private colleges put illegal roadblocks since they feel that they are losing a paying customer. Hello Vaibhav, I am afraid my search revealed that no course of MSc is offered by Shri Balaji University Pune. They have four institutes but all of them are into teaching of management subjects.
