Both are different colleges, MAEER'S MITCOE-Pune is a private college and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly Known as Pune University). While MITWPU is a private state university established under Government of Maharashtra act. The course fee for both of colleges is as under.
1. MITWPU B.Tech CSE course fee Rs 11.80 Lacs ( Rs 2.95 Lacs per year).
2. MAEER's MITCOE B.Tech CSE course fee is INR 6.20 Lacs (Rs 1.55 Lacs per year).

You can take admission in any good school but the marks obtained in class 12th will determine the admission chances in any college.

Dear Lalit,
I have seen people completing their MBA via distance mode through many universities and securing a good job. It is always the efforts of a student that take him far more further in the journey of his career. My advice is to visit the campus once, try to get the gist from the atmosphere and if you find it suitable for you then go ahead. You are the best judge to analyse an opportunity for yourself. No one else can do that for you. However, whenever or wherever you take admission, make sure you keep your score card excellent.
