At this percentile, it's not possible for you to get the top colleges of Pune. My suggestion to you is to prepare for the exam again and try to score good (above 80 percentile) and then take admission for MBA.

Check the cut-off marks of the previous year and for the college, the cut-off rank is nearly 8500. If your rank is below this, you are a strong participant for the college.
