Sorry but 70 marks are too low to get you any college in Maharashtra.
So it is advisable for you to keep trying contact private colleges/university for direct admission on basis of 12 score.

89%ile is a good score. Yes, you should mention PUMBA in first rounds itself. There are a lot of chances for you to get a seat in PUMBA.

If you want to pursue MBA then do it from any college which has good faculty. The course fee is almost 82k per year in MIT whereas you will get other ordinary colleges in and around 15k in Mumbai. Yes, it is cheaper as compared to Symbiosis. Symbiosis charges around 250000 per year. BBA is absolutely not necessary for MBA.

Symbiosis, PUMBA, Indira, Balaji (not shri balaji), Wadia college and Indsearch are the best colleges in Pune. It matters whether you want a premium institute or an institute with quality education.
