Hi. Both of the courses have their own pros and cons. I'll state some aspects for comparison between the two:-
1. Degree: MBA: awarded by University; PGDM: given by the individual college.
2. Placements: Almost same for both.
3. Curriculum: MBA: university decides; PGDM: college decides.
4. Exposure: Similar for both.
5. Cost: MBA: Generally is less costly; PGDM: Generally a bit costly.
6. Pedagogy: MBA: Usually more theoretical; PGDM: Usually more practical.

A. B. M. S. P's Yashwantrao Chavan Law College offers the same. Though ILS college uses English as a medium of instruction, most of the teachers are from Maharashtra and they can help you.

According to my experience, Suryadatta is not a good college. You have a lot of options like RIIM, IBS, MIT etc.
