CIET Chandigarh offers B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) courses in four streams i.e. Electronics &Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. Which is similar to B.Tech but rememver B.Tech is applications bases and BE is theoretical. Moreover, college provide good infrastructure and quality education facilities so you can decide accordingly and choose your course wisely, when I checked the official website then I found list of these BE courses but didn't found the information for BTech courses. So, you can recheck it once to verify,

This is totally a person specific comparison and aligns with the priority that one has set. If you believe that US market is your thing and you want to do it from a good institution like MSU and have adequate funds then definitely USA is the better option here. If you are low on your budget and just have to get done with MBA locally which will by the way land you on a less paying job then choose CU. MSU any day is better than CU considering that you are ready to invest on your education and have the funds to study there. Good luck!

It would totally depend on the courses taken and may vary, so it would be better to check the official website according to the courses
