Every year, the cut off marks for the CLAT exam are affected due to the following factors:
- The difficulty level of the exam. In case the question paper is easy then the CLAT cut offs are expected to go high and vice-versa.
- Total number of applications received. If the total applications received are less then the cut off is expected to be relaxed.
- Total candidates qualifying CLAT exam. If the total number of qualifying candidates is less than the total seats then cut off goes low
- Total number of seats. If the total number of seats is revised and increased then cut off is expected to remain low

Students willing to get admission in MBA can get admission can give different exams like MAT, XAT, CAT, NMAT. There is also Chitkara University Test followed by GD PI . The eligibility for MBA admissions is to have atleast 50 percent in bachelor's degree. CAT is therefore not necessary for taking admission in Chitkara University. In addition to it total fee is 2.60 lpa till 6.60 lpa. Also for BBA admissions SAT score or merit is considered.

Yes, anyone can get admission in Chitkara University with 70% score in class 12th As the minimum requirement is only 60% in class 10th and 12th
If you want to take admission in engineering course then your score of JEE should hold a good rank
If you want to take admission in the course of MBA then there must be a need for 50% score in any Bachelor degrees from a reputed University
