Not just GMCH but to get a seat in any medical college, first, ne has to clear NEET. NEET is certainly a challenging and a competitive examination. The admission overall depends on your score in NEET and due to high demand of medical education, the availability of seats is also limited. But it certainly depends on one's determination, willingness, preparation and score they get.

Government Medical College And Hospital, Chandigarh is ranked among the top medical colleges in the country. In 2023 it has been ranked 32 out of 50 in india and 2 position in Chandigarh. The College is famous for its undergraduate medical programs (MBBS). It has high qualified faculty and best infrastructure .The college provides facilities for conducting research activities relating to different specialties, as and when required.

No, you cannot get into Government Medical College And Hospital, Chandigarh without NEET. NEET UG is a mandatory exam for admission to a medical college. It is a competitive exam that assesses your eligibility for admission to medical colleges across the country. To be considered for admission to GMCH Chandigarh or any other government or private medical college in India, you must qualify for NEET and achieve a minimum qualifying score.

Which college is better certainly depends on personal choices and goals, both the universities are excellent and unique in their own way. But to give an explanation
GMCH CHANDIGARH is a government college but is very well reputed for it's academic excellence and faculty. It also has a renowned name in medical community. The admission into this college is highly competitive and it also ranks in ghe top best colleges.
RAYAT BAHRA UNIVERSITY-:On the other hand, Rayat-Bahra University is a private university that offers various courses, including medical programs.

The opening or minimum rank required for NLU Patiala is 1141 for BBA LLB and 1167 for LLM for General Category students under Vertical Reservation.
