For M.Ed students, Central University of Punjab does not provide placements. Some students do, nevertheless, manage to secure internships thanks to various relationships. 25% to 30% of students received internships with a typical stipend.

In India, M.Ed. graduates make an average income package of INR 3.1 LPA. However, the compensation package may differ based on the candidate's experience, university, and area of focus.

A dedicated placement unit of the Central University of Punjab arranges internships and job fairs for its students. The university maintains partnerships with numerous reputable businesses and organizations, and the placement cell works hard to give all qualified students access to employment prospects. Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and HCL Technologies are a few of the well-known businesses that come to the university to recruit.
According to NIRF 2022 data, the median salary for M.Pharm students in 2022 was INR 3.36 LPA, and at Central University of Punjab, the maximum salary was around 10–11 LPA on average.

For the academic year 2023-24, the process started in the month of July and ended in the month of August. The same can stand true for admission 2024-25 if the university and the JAC Chandigarh counselling body follows the similar admission cycle. Any changes in the dates and the updated schedule for 2024 will be updated here once out.

As per the internet, BA at PU is offered across Economics, History, Sociology and Psychology specialisation, among others. However, students must select the specialisation on the basis of their interest and past academic background and not on the basis of its popularity. While all these specialisations are offered at PU-affiliated colleges, students can pursue BA (Hons) and BA (Hons) in Economics courses from the main campus of Panjab University. Check out all BA specialisations at PUCHD here
