Which University is better It all depends upon the prospect of university/college that you are looking forward to like the curriculum and study, recruitment and placement rate and campus infrastructure and life. It is a little hard to say which is the "best" because it really depends on the student's preferences and research interests but in my opinion, You can go for Geeta University as it is the best University for in NCR. Basically the candidate who has passed 10th with mathematics and 10+2 examination with English as one of the subject shall be eligible to join the first semester class of BA degree course in post graduate government girls college, Chandigarh.
Addmission is going on though counselling based on the marks in 10+2 examination .

Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for the course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in cass 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both scores. So in order to get into UILS, you need to get at least 80 percent in class 12 boards and PU exam (collectively) to get into it.
