During 2022 placements, 50% of BA LLB/ BCom LLB and 8% of LLM batch were placed. From 2021 to 2022, the placement rate for UG and PG Law courses has declined. Take a look at the below table illustrating the UILS Chandigarh placement rate comparison for 2021 and 2022:

Yes, the University has a fully functional placement cell that acts as an interface between the Legal profession and the students. The cell generates placement and training opportunities on a regular basis. Alongside this, the workshops and training programmes are organised so as to train the students as upcoming professionals. The cell also plays a vital role in the selection of students in various Legal firms, Advocates, companies, and NGOs.

From 2020 to 2021, the median package for BA LLB/ BCom LLB courses has declined and for 2021 and 2022 the amount has been stagnant.
