You have good percent in 12th, I would say look around also for Chandigarh University, Lovely professional university if you are looking for good placements and scholarship options. For SGGS College, their website is not opening after so many attempts. You can visit the campus if you need more clarity.

Apart from GGSD Chandigarh, other good performing colleges are also there in Chandigarh. I recently visited the campus of Indo Global Colleges near Chandigarh which is one of the finest & excellent college of BCA in terms of ranking, reputation, the oldest, affiliation, best learning environment, state of the art infrastructure with well-equipped labs, workshops, digital classrooms equipment and tools etc., beautiful surroundings, strong industry exposure & tie-ups, well qualified and experienced faculty & top placements. In my opinion, all IHMs are good. You see, IHM-Bhatinda is owned by Punjab Government and affiliated to IGNOU. It is also approved by NCHMCT. If you are getting admission there then don't hesitate, go for it. Try to do well in your college exams and get a job. You can also do more courses after your B.Sc in HHA.
