Am I eligible for JAC Chandigarh counseling? I got 67 marks in JEE Mains 2017 which is below the cutoff i.e; 81. My CRL is 165728.

Yes, you are eligible for counseling. Admissions are based on your rank and not on that you qualify JEE Mains or not.

As far as the admission in DAIICT is concerned, you might not be able to get it due to high cut-off which is AIR 12 K approx.

It is absolutely true that Punjab is famous for its drug addiction but I must say everything depends upon you if you have never been into that situation where you have not consumed any drug or you are not used to any alcoholic things then no matter what no one can force you to become an addict for.

The cut off rank for IHM Chandigarh is 1500 and the same goes for IHM Bangalore and IHM Chennai.
