Applicants who require a Tier 4 visa to study in the UK must meet the minimum English Language requirements to meet the UKVI regulations. For applicants to UG or PG courses, the minimum requirement is 5.5 in all four skills of IELTS, or equivalent in other qualifications. Other than IELTS, Queen Mary also accepts TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic, Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English and Trinity College London Integrated Skills in English (ISE).

Applications for undergraduate programs should be made online through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Services (UCAS). The students can choose four Medicine and Dentistry courses in their application. The application deadline for equal consideration for the majority of Queen Mary courses is January 31, 2024.
