If you want a comparison in RJ and anchoring (TV Anchoring) then of course the scope lies more in TV/Screen Anchoring. TV Anchoring/VJ/News Reader work. Besides, RJ work needs very good quality of voice and training.

You can apply for Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism as you have completed graduation from a recognized university.
You will still need to try your luck to become an RJ however you qualify to apply for the course Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism.

The course you mentioned is a good one. I would advise you to take up the course you like. Also Xavier's is a well-known college, but first select the course you feel is appropriate and then search for top colleges for that particular course.

Definitely BA Media and mass communication will be best choice in terms of Anchoring, RJ and to be independent journalist/employed journalist it has wide scope. But, if you are determined to become RJ/hosting/anchoring only go for Diploma in RJ and News reading from Delhi Universit
