For admission to PGDM course admission at Rajalakshmi School of Business, candidate must hold a valid bachelor's degree such as BE/BTech/BSc/BBA/BCom etc. from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% fo SC/ST candidates).
Candidates who are in the final year of Bachelor’s degree, are also eligible to apply for PGDM course. However such candidate’s will have to submit the original certificate of having graduated and mark sheet of the final year degree examination on or before 30 September. Failing to do so, the aspiarnts admission will be cancelled.

To be eligible for the MBA programme at Rajalakshmi School of Business (RSB) in Chennai, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with an aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST category)
- Entrance Exams: Candidates must score well in national-level entrance exams such as MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, and ATMA.
- The cutoff scores for these exams are as follows: MAT: 67% (General-All India) XAT: 50% (General-All India) CMAT: 70% (General-All India)
