Maharaja Ganga Singh University Rajasthan has a well-experienced and educated group of faculty members. A huge percentage of these faculty members are PhD holders in their relevant fields. The remaining faculty is also highly qualified & experienced in their respective fields to impart quality education to the students to promote the nation's educational, economic, cultural and social advancement. The University also invites highly qualified guest faculty to take guest lectures and provide useful insights to the students.

MGSU Bikaner has more than 50 professors for UG, PG, Diploma and doctorate programmes. More than 15 out of these members are PhD holders in their respective fields of study and are highly experienced & qualified. The remaining faculty members are also highly qualified and experienced in their relevant fields. The University also invites highly qualified guest faculty to take guest lectures and provide useful insights to the students.

Both, MGSU Bikaner and Nirwan University offer MSc courses across 8 specialisations. However, most of the specialisations offered in both the universities vary from each other. While MGSU Bikaner offers MSc in Computer Science, Environmental Science, Cyber Security, and others. Nirwan University offers M.Sc in Physics, Mathematics, Agriculture, among others. Students can choose the institute depending on their desired courses, fees, and other criteria.
