Yes, SIHM Udaipur is best for Diploma in Food Production as it is a reputable programme that offers quality education, experienced faculty, and strong industry ties. Its alignment with national standards and affordability make it a commendable choice as the institute offers a curriculm whose standards were set by NCHMT.
The placement was also good for this course as many reputed recuriters like the Taj group and the Leela group of hotels came during the placement drive.

For taking admisson, the candidates must have passed the high school (12th) from any stream with english as main subject from any recognised board.
Then they have to clear the enterance exam (NHCM JEE) for taking addmisson in the college. Candidates can register themselves for the exams on NTA websites. After the exams, candidates have to take part in the joint counselling and seat allotment is based on this consulling result.

There is no specific number available for the number of companies particiapated in the placement 2023 at SIHM Udaipur but there are some names of top recuriters like Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, Marriott Hotels, ITC Hotels, Radisson Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Leela Palaces, Hilton Hotels, Accor Hotels, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) who particiapted in the placemnt drive at SIHM Udaipur 2023.

Acoording to college websites, the registration window is open for State Institute of Hotel Management, Udaipur admission to the BSc (HHA) course, and the last date is Feb 15, 2025. Further, the exam will be held on 27th April 2025 & the exam is NHMCT JEE 2025.

It is an average university based on reviews. Some of the companies like Mahindra, Infosys, TCS visit the campus for placement.
Placement are low for branches like civil engineering. The highest package was around 52 lakh, the average package is 6 Lacs and the lowest package was 3 to 4 lakh.
The infrastructure was decent also consist of hostel facilities.
overall it is an average college for taking admission.
