Candidates need to complete Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology with at least 50% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST candidates) to apply for Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal BVSc course. Aspirants must be 17 years old on or before the December 31 of the year of his/ her admission to the first year of B.V.Sc. & A.H. course.

Aspirants applying at RAJUVAS must be 17 years old as on the December 31 of the year of admission. The maximum age limit prescribed is 28 years as on December 31 of the year of admission. There is a five years relaxation of upper age limit in case of boys of SC, ST, OBC & SBC and girls of general category and 10 years for Girls of SC, ST, OBC &SBC categories.

Aspirants must pass Class 12 or equivalent with optional subjects such as PCB or Agriculture Stream Subjects for admission to Diploma programme. Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal reserves some seats for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD candidates. The reservation is offered only to candidates have a caste or any valid certificate. Below is reservation criteria at RAJUVAS:

Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal offers courses at UG, PG and doctoral levels via constituent colleges. The programmes includes BVSc, MVSc, PhD and Diploma in Animal Husbandry. Admission to UG courses is based on NEET score whereas, ICAR AIEEA (PG) is considered for PG programmes. The selection for PhD is based on ICAR AICE-JRF/ SRF scores.
