I cannot assure you as the cut-off percentile is usually high for computer science. You can try for other branches. You should apply for computer science as well as some other branch because it also depends on the no of seats left after the respective round.

It would be better to prefer IT directly in 2nd year instead of taking admission in 1st year. Computer has a higher cutoff so preferably apply for both but in my opinion 1st year is slightly difficult, so why waste a complete year.

Rait-Nerul is currently growing in terms of placements. RAIT does have the placement rate of 70%. .

I would ask you to prefer IT in RAIT. It has a lot of job opportunities and most of the electronic students have to work extra in their final year in order to get job in an IT sector as core companies are very selective. From the placement point of view, you should opt for IT.

No, it is not autonomous. It is affiliated to be autonomous which will still take time. It still follows Mumbai University.

No, the college doesn't have hostel facility for engineering students. The hostel facility is only available for medical girl students.

According to me, yes, you can totally get admission in RAIT with 75.24% in Diploma.
However, I am not aware of the exact cut-off. For confirmation, check with your friends if there are any in the college or you can contact the college office to be sure.

Yes, you can get admission in RAIT based on JEE marks. You should fill in these options carefully in your CAP admission form. Accordingly, if you get allotted CS or IT, it's good. There is a high probability that you can get CS or IT.

Yes, you can get admission in RAIT if you clear the entrance examination. Yes, the admission is based on the entrance exam and you require 45% if you're from the backward class. But engineering is not a good option for you as you will not be able to face most of the placement interviews. Therefore,
