In RTMNU University, LIT Nagpur is institute which provides courses in chemical engineering aslo some colleges like priyadarshini aslo provides chemical courses. As far as my knowledge is concerned, you can file the form for CMA at the official website of ICMAI i.e. institute of cost accountants of india, which is a complete online process.
Apart from this you can also get admission in CMA course by directly approaching CMA bhawan which has its chapters in most of the cities.(offline process).
