RBI Assistant

In RBI Assistant there is no interview. However, candidates qualifying the Mains exam are required to appear for Language Proficiency Test (LPT). During LPT, candidates are assessed whether they can speak and write the language of the state they have applied for. The selection process of RBI Assistant comprises prelims and mains exams. The interview process has been discontinued from the lower level post. The prelims exam of RBI Assistant comprises three sections-English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. The total marks allotted to the test are 100. The mains exam of RBI Assistant comprises five sections-Test of Reasoning, Test of English Language, Test of Numerical Ability, Test of General Awareness and Test of Computer Knowledge. The total marks allotted to the test are  200.

RBI Assistant application fee is INR 450 for OBC/General/EWS candidates, while it is INR 50 for SC/ST/PWD/EXS. The application fee of RBI Assistant can be paid online by using debit card/credit card, net banking, mobile wallets, etc. The application fee once paid by candidates will not be refunded by the examination authority. The fee payment can be done using debit cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro)

On successful payment of application fee, an e-receipt is generated

Non-generation of e-receipt indicates payment failure

Candidates need to login using provisional registration number and password and repeat the process of payment

Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form containing fee details

RBI Assistant application form 2023 was released on September 13, 2023 by RBI. The application process of RBI Assistant is completely online and comprises several steps such as registration, uploading of scanned photograph and signature, filling the detailed application form, previewing the application form, final submission and fee payment. The examination authority does not entertain any offline applications for the exam. The steps to download RBI Assistant application form 2023 are given below:

• Visit the official website of RBI Assistant
• Click on the New Registration link on the home page
• Register for the exam by entering the required details
• Registration ID and password are generated
• Candidates need to fill the detailed application form such as fill the personal details, communication details, basic details, select exam centre, educational qualification, etc.
• Upload the scanned left thumb impression and handwritten declaration
• Preview the application form and make corrections if any
• Pay the application fees and submit it
• Take the printout of the application form

RBI Assistant exam dates 2023 have been announced by the Reserve Bank of India. The prelims exam was conducted on November 18 and 19, 2023. The mains exam was conducted on December 31, 2023. Earlier, the prelims exam was scheduled to be conducted on October 21 and 23. The mains exam was scheduled to be conducted on December 2, 2023. The prelims exam comprises English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. The total marks allotted to the prelims exam are 100. The mains exam comprises Test of Reasoning, Test of English Language, Test of Numerical Ability, Test of General Awareness and Test of Computer Knowledge. The total marks allotted to the mains exam are 200.
