The law specialisation deals with long-term immovable assets i.e. Land/ Property, where two or more parties are involved in ownership or sale or business operations. In order to keep the deals or partnerships/ agreements fair and in agreement, the Property Laws were defined. Hi, TS LAWCET 2025 counselling is tentatively scheduled for the fourth week of July 2025.

Official notification for exact dates will be released on the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) website. Keep visiting the official website for timely updates. Counselling will be conducted online, and candidates will need to register, verify documents, and participate in seat allocation.

Some courses offered in Property Law or Real Estate and Infrastructure Law specialisation are

  • BBA in Real Estate and Management
  • Certificate course in Real Estate and Infrastructure Law
