RICS School of Built Environment considers MAT-500/ GMAT-500/ CMAT-150 or percentile in CAT/XAT-75/ NMAT-60 or Amity Written Test for admission to MBA programme under non-sponsored category. Candidates need to qualify any of the accepted entrance exam for sponsored category as per the below criteria:

MBA is the flagship programme of RICS School of Built Environment. Talking about the placements at RICS, the highest and average package offered during RICS Amity placements 2023 stood at INR 30 LPA and INR 7.1 LPA, respectively. Besides, the placement rate recorded during placements 2023 was 95%. 

Candidates need to pass a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for RICS School of Built Environment MBA programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Besides, candidates must also pass national-level Management entrance exam or Amity Test for admission to MBA programme.

Students selected for scholarship can continue it in second and further years of the course as per the scholarship policy. Scholarship students must secure position in top 5% of the merit list for the course to continue the scholarship. For continuation of 50% scholarship, students need to secure a position in top 10% of the merit list of the course.

RICS School of Built Environment admissions are currently open. The institute opens pre-registration usually in November. The application forms are released usually in December month. Candidates need to apply for admission via online mode. Admission to RICS SBE courses is both merit and entrance-based.

RICS School of Built Environment offers seats to candidates either based on their merit or entrance exam score. Candidates first need to apply for the course of their choice.
