The RIE CEE selection criteria don't provide us options like minimal marks to qualify. The decision is made using both board and CEE scores.The admission process rigorously adheres to the state quota system and selects the best applicants from each state, regardless of your grade point average.
Each state selects its top ten to fifteen students to apply for admission to a certain regional institute. Even if you are among the top eligible students, you may still be admitted despite having a rank of 1000 or above.
