Admission process is as below:
Step 1: The Candidate has to Register by providing Basic Details, upload personal details, upload qualifying examination marks, Make online paymentof exam fee (Rs. 1,400/- for General and OBC and Rs. 800/- for SC / ST / PwD (Person with Disability DIVYANG), Download the Admit Card, Take up CEE-2025 as per schedule. He / She will be allotted with a CEE Rank, if they are eligible.

Yes, a candidate can apply to BA B.Ed. at RIE Bhubaneswar if my Class 12 result is pending. The institute may offer them provisional admission in this case. However, the candidate must submit the marksheet and certificate for their graduation once the results are declared. Only then the admission will be confirmed.
