The university selects candidates based on RSAT/SAT/UCEED/CUET + Aptitude Test + Past Academic Records + Academic & Extracurricular Achievements + Personal Interview/NSAT Entrance Exam + PI-GD for the BTech course.

Rishihood University offers a residential 4-year programme of Bachelor of Design. Candidates must pass Class 12 or equivalent qualifying examination with at least 50% aggregate or 5 CGPA, to be eligible to apply for the programme. The university accepts online applications for the admission to programme. 

Rishihood University admission to MBA course is based on MAT/ XAT/ CAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ RSAT score. RSAT or Rishihood Scholarship and Admission Test is conducted by the university to shortlist candidates for the MBA course. The shortlisted aspirants are further called for a personal interview round. The university also considers the statement of purpose and academic & extra-curricular activities of the candidates. Besides, the entrance exam, candidates also need to complete graduation from any UGC recognised university with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for the Rishihood University MBA course.
