RPF Constable cut off is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates need to secure in the exam. Candidates are required to secure qualifying marks and overall cut off. Selection is based on the cut off marks.

RPF Constable selection process comprises Computer-Based Testing (CBT), PET/PMT, DV and medical. Candidates qualifying the CBT are called for PET/PMT. Those qualifying the PET/PMT are called for DV. Shortlisted candidates of DV appear for medical exam. RPF Constable normalisation is done since the exam is multiple shifts. According to the normalisation process, the marks obtained in the exam are calculated on the basis of an average score of the top one percent of the candidates considering all shifts. The marks are calculated up to five decimal places.
