RRB ALP Result

RRB ALP CBT 1 2025 was announced on February 26, 2025 by RRBs. The result was announced on the region-wise official websites of RRBs. The result is made available in PDF form and comprises the roll numbers of qualified candidates. Those who qualify the CBT 1 are called for CBT 2 exam. 

To be included in the merit list, candidates must achieve a minimum percentage of marks, which varies by category. The qualifying percentages are:

• UR (Unreserved)-40%
• EWS (Economically Weaker Section)-40%
• OBC (Other Backward Class, non-creamy layer)-30%
• SC (Scheduled Caste)-30%
• ST (Scheduled Tribe)- 25% (30% for Level-1 Exam)

If two or more candidates have the same Percentile Score, their ranks will be determined by their age. The older candidate will be given a higher rank. If the candidates are the same age, their names in alphabetical order (A to Z) will be used to break the tie.

The formula for percentile based calculation is given below:

• The percentile score indicates the percentage of candidates who scored equal to or below a particular score
• The highest scorer in each shift gets a percentile score of 100

Marks normalization is a statistical process used to adjust the scores of candidates who appear for the same exam but in different shifts. This method ensures that no candidate is disadvantaged or advantaged due to the difficulty level of the question papers varying across different shifts. RRBs use the percentile equivalence method for normalizing the scores of candidates.

The final merit list of RRB ALP is prepared based on the following parameters:

• Applicants should note that first stage CBT is qualifying in nature

• The merit list of CBT 2 stage is determined on the basis of total marks secured by aspirants in CBT 1 results

• Candidares are called for document verification process on the basis of their performance in Second Stage CBT

• Candidates should note that the merit list of ALP results will be drawn by counting 70 epr cent marks of Part A of second stage CBT while 30 per cent to CBAT.

RRB ALP result is announced on the official website of 21 RRBs. Candidates need to visit the respective RRBs to check their results. The list of qualified candidates is made available in PDF form. The scorecard is released along with the result. Candidates can download their scorecards by logging with the required credentials. The hard copy of the scorecard is not sent to candidates by post.

• Click on the "Results" tab
• Click on the results link for RRB ALP and Technicians. Following that, the result will be downloaded automatically in the PDF format.
• The PDF will contain roll number of all shortlisted candidates, search your roll number in the PDF.
