Yes, GRE is required for some courses for international students. RWTH Aachen asks for GRE from international students for admission to graduate-level courses. Only GRE general test is accepted by RWTH Aachen University. In the quantitative part, you need at least 160 points. Also, Your GRE test must not be older than 2 years at the time of the application deadline.

You can try for the government Universities like TU Berlin, FU Berlin, Humboldt Berlin, TU Munich, etc. These will accept the scores and do check for your course through the website.

Hi Vivek,
You have a very good profile and the chances are very high. I will also advice you to learn German language. Though, it is not compulsory for MS students, but it is highly recommended. You must also take the IELTS exam. Your internship and project work, reference letters from teachers, statement of interest will be very important. You can refer to the DAAD website for admissions process.

For Masters, you need a good CGPA (80%), LORs from professor, a CV and TOEFL/ IELTS. For further details, you may write a mail to them at:

Hi Aniket,
Your profile is a bit lower. You could try adding relevant work experience and an excellent GRE score but your chances would continue to be at best 50 - 50. Would highly recommend you to look at other, less popular but equally good universities. Here's a link to get you started.
