Yes, you can apply for a Master's programme at RWTH Aachen even before they complete their UG degree. The faculty reviews a student's academic background based on the documents (transcripts, module handbook, etc.) uploaded with the application.

You need to choose one MZB (Master's entrance qualification like degree, diploma, state exam) to use as the foundation of your application.

Other relevant documents can be uploaded under "Other Proof of Performance" section.

Yes, GRE is required for some courses for international students. RWTH Aachen asks for GRE from international students for admission to graduate-level courses. Only GRE general test is accepted by RWTH Aachen University. In the quantitative part, you need at least 160 points. Also, Your GRE test must not be older than 2 years at the time of the application deadline.

Hi Vivek,
You have a very good profile and the chances are very high. I will also advice you to learn German language. Though, it is not compulsory for MS students, but it is highly recommended. You must also take the IELTS exam. Your internship and project work, reference letters from teachers, statement of interest will be very important. You can refer to the DAAD website for admissions process.
