As per the QS Rankings, RWTH Aachen has been ranked #99 in 2025. The ranking has improved from #106 in 2024. The subject ranking for 2025 are not released by the ranking body. As per the 2024 rankings, the RWTH Aachen is among the top 100 ranked courses for Art and Design, Engineering and Technology, Global MBA, Architecture and Built Environment, and Mathematics.
