Santa Clara University takes admissions through four tracks; Early Decision I, Early Decision II, Early Action, and Regular Decision. International students can apply to SCU through the 'Common App' application portal for undergraduate courses. However, for graduate courses, international students can apply directly through the university's own application portal.

Yes, Santa Clara University has adopted a two-year test optional policy beginning with Fall 2021 first-year applicants. Scores on the SAT or ACT are not required for students applying to Santa Clara University nor will they be disadvantaged for doing so in the admission process.
