Santhom Malankara Arts and Science College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
| Courses | Eligibility |
|---|---|
| B.A. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board. |
| B.Sc. | Candidate passed 12th/equivalent with Chemistry as one of the subjects under Science group of the state or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply. |
| B.Com | Candidate passed 12th/equivalent of the state or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply provided candidates coming from NonCommerce group should have at least 45% of the aggregate marks. |
| B.A. (Hons) | Candidate passed 12th/equivalent of the state or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply. |
