Comparing the previous year ranks with 1096 rank you have high chance in getting ECE or EEE or mech.

It depends upon on the AIR rank .try to mention your individual marks in board exams

May be you can expect M.Tech. But don't be sure about that. Wait upto last counselling.

It varies from year to year. In 2015, 70% of the admissions to this programme are based on JEE Main scores & +2 scores, rest 30% seats are filled using only +2 marks. In this 70% seats, the admissions have three quotas: 20% to students who completed +1, +2 education in Trichy/Thanjavur districts, 50% to rest of Tamil Nadu state, 30% to rest of India.
