It may be difficult to get into SASTRA Universitys B.Tech degree with a 37% JEE score and a 73% board exam score because of the universitys tough admission process. SASTRA allocates 70% of seats on the combination of JEE Main scores and 12th grade marks, whereas 30% are determined solely by board marks. Even though you have a respectable board score, your poor JEE score could affect your chances. Still, its worthwhile to apply because annual admissions deadlines can change, its also advised to get in touch with the university for more information.

Generally speaking, applicants to SASTRA University's BA LLB degree must have scored highly on their exams in the twelfth grade. Although the precise cut-off percentage may change annually depending on the volume of applications and level of competition, a minimum of 60% overall is typically needed. When determining admission, SASTRA University also takes into account a candidate's success on national entrance tests like the CLAT or LSAT-India. Your chances of getting into the programme will be boosted by both a strong result on the admission exam and your 12th grade grades.

With a board exam score of 977, a JEE Mains score of 85, and a percentile of 92.99, your chances of getting into SASTRA University, Thanjavur are fairly high. In the SASTRA admissions process, board scores and JEE Mains results are combined in a 70:30 ratio. Your good JEE Mains percentile and outstanding board results put you in a good position for admission to a variety of engineering programs. It is feasible to get into SASTRA University even with a 48 percentile in JEE Mains and a 75% aggregate in the Tamil Nadu board exams. SASTRA has a special admissions procedure that takes into account both JEE Mains results and 12th board grades. Although having a better JEE percentile increases your prospects, having good board scores is equally important. It is advised to apply and confirm the precise cutoff trends for the programme and category you have in mind, as the university holds seats according to a variety of merit-based standards.
