The Uni of Pennsylvania provides test options for ACT and SAT scores. But, students must take the test and submit it if get a valid score. The UG Class of 2029 had the following test scores, 1510-1560 in SAT and 34-35 in ACT. Also, students must have good academic record, English language scores, and GPA. Also, students with prior relevant experience and who take part in extracurricular activities get precedence over the other students.

International undergrad students can apply to the University of San Diego through the Common App and submit required materials such as transcripts. However, USD test free policy does not make it mandatory to submit the SAT/ACT score. Applicants can still apply without the SAT. However, international students are required submit English language test proficiency score through IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo.

Submitting ACT or SAT scores is optional for undergraduate admission at WCU. International First-year applicants have an option to submit either the SAT or the ACT score. The UNC Board of Governors voted to extend the current testing waiver for students applying for admissions through Fall 2024. Therefore, students have the option to submit an ACT or SAT test score, however test scores are not required for admission decisions at this time.

Baylor University expects a minimum SAT score between 1230 and 1410. Along with this, students may be required to submit ACT scores. The minimum eligibility for ACT score is 26. In addition, international students must have excellent GPA scores, a letter of recommendation, English language proficiency, an essay, financial proof, and more. In addition, if the student has an experience in a relevant field and acquire some extracurricular activity, can impact the student’s selection probability positively.

Oregon State University allows test options, so ACT and SAT scores are not mandatory. However, international students can submit these scores to boost their resumes as it can make a huge impact. The minimum required ACT or SAT scores are given below:

Oregon State University has an optional test policy for International students. Applicants are not required to provide their SAT score for admission in UG programs. However, students can submit their test score to make their application more strong. Students who apply test-optional will not be required to provide an additional essay or explanation. OSU only requires students to respond to one of the seven standard essay prompts.

Michigan State University is test optional and prospective students have the option to apply to MSU without submitting an ACT or SAT score. Therefore, ACT/SAT scores are no so important for Michigan State University admissions for international students. Mentioned below are the test score for fall of 2025 first-year profile:
