Vellore Institute of Technology conducts VITEEE which stands for VIT Engineering Entrance exam every year to offer admission to its undergraduate (BTech) courses. Yes, BITS Pilani offers admission to all international students based on SAT scores, howeven indian students must appear in the BITSAT or in some unexpected circumstances JEE mains scores will be considered valid for the admission. BITS Pilani offers all undergradudate courses available in the Istitute based on SAT score to all international students.

It depends on the college where you are sending scores. Every institution has its policy for accepting SAT scores. If they accept only the highest score then you need to send only the highest scores. If they want you to send all scores then you need to send all score reports. Completely depends upon the university you are applying to and how they wish to receive your scores. The candidates can check for the process and request for their SAT score reports accordingly.

The submission of SAT / ACT score is optional at Michigan State Uni for international UG applicants. However, the university is accepting SAT / ACT scores from applicants who wish to submit these to meet the English language requirements, as well as for admission and scholarship consideration. As per the unofficial source, Georgetown University demands to submit SAT scores between 1390 and 1560 as basic eligibility criteria to get into an undergraduate program. Along with SAT scores, the university also expects to submit ACT scores and GPAs from international candidates. Students can check the below table for reference:
