Better for self learners .
Placements: The placement is still anonymous. It depends. Before COVID-19, the places were quite good. But after the pandemic, it was so bad. So we should wait for the upcoming placements by the IT companies. And due to layoffs, I think there will not be any placements above 5-7 LPA this year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. But the hostel is based on your luck. Whatever rooms you choose for the first year, you will not be in the same room for the next three years. For the next two to three years, they will put you in a twelve-person room.
Faculty: For some courses, they will allow you to choose faculty and for many courses, they will be faculty members. The programming language subject theory exam won't be conducted. There will be semester exams and all that. They will teach a subject for one month and at the end of the month they will keep the exams for that subject.

Satisfied with the events. Every week new events and okay level placements are offered.
Placements: 98 to 100 percent of placement in the Saveetha School of Engineering. The maximum package is 12 LPA and the average is 3 LPA. Companies like Ford, Avasoft, and Kaar Technology offer courses in artificial intelligence and data science. The students got good placements .
Infrastructure: It has two big hostels with okay-level connections to Wi-Fi and the library is the best place to study. Here, there is the biggest massive library called the Sail Library. Above 50+ canteens in the Saveetha School of Engineering. They provide medical care too .
Faculty: The teachers are good with all the doctrine certification, are good teacher and are teaching well. There is no spoon-feeding in Saveetha School of Engineering. The course is ready for industries 5 and O in technology. The semester is different in Saveetha School Engineering, and 50 is the pass marks.

Pros and cons of Saveetha School Of Engineering.
Placements: Placements are under way this year, 2024. The highest package is 7 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.3 LPA. Top recruiters of our college are TCS ACCENTURE WIPRO COGNIZANT. Internships are all placed; some might be from the side. From 2023 on, AI and ML will be the top roles offered in the college.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure varies throughout the campus, with some new-age buildings that boast fine architecture. Each block within the college has its own unique characteristics. As for food, you have the freedom to eat as much as you want using your own money.
Faculty: Initially, the faculty to student ratio was 1:30 when I joined, but it has now been adjusted to 1:40 to 45. It is important to note that the teaching approach may vary throughout the year, as the template changes from one semester to another. The college follows a system of four semesters per year.
Other: You can expect a lot of things to happen at this college. That is for sure.

My views on Saveetha University.
Placements: The placements at Saveetha University are good, with a percentage of placements of nearly 80 percent. The highest package in my course, Computer Science and Engineering, is 34 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. The percentage of internships on campus is very low, up to 30–40 percent, but we can apply off-campus for internships. The top recruiting companies are Swiggy, Zomato, Oracle, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure has not been too good recently. When there are floods in Tamil Nadu, the first floor of the hostels is filled with water and given holidays. But the infrastructure of academic buildings is good, with all the required facilities. There will be two students in the room with a cupboard, two beds, and two study tables with two chairs.
Faculty: Most of the faculty here are Ph.D. scholars, no professors, but there are assistant and associate professors; these are not that good at teaching. Their teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is not that relevant, and we have to prepare ourselves to become industry-ready. The semester exams will be difficult due to a lack of faculty and their teaching methods. The pass percentage is 45 percent.
Other: The campus life here is very good, with lots of students, so there will be participation in all the events. There will be many extracurricular activities like sports, events, annual festivals, and clubs, and NCC and NSS are also available here, which is good. The thing that I would like to change is the faculty and the placements.

Best faculty is in this college.
Placements: I am in the BE CSE course at this college. Almost 30 percent of students are now placed. The highest package offered was 8 LPA and the lowest was 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS and Accenture and 95 percent of students got internships. The top roles offered are software developers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the classes and labs is good. Wi-Fi connections are available everywhere. There are two big libraries available at the college. One of them is Sail Library, which is the best one. Hostels are good. No mess is available; you should buy it and eat it in canteens. Hospitals are available at the college, and sports are conducted every year.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They had good knowledge of the subject and the teaching quality was good. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are good and tough. Pass percentage is a minimum of 50 percent. Concept maps needed to be learned to get passed.
Other: I took a CSE course. I had an interest in software development. There is no need for any improvement in my course. All events were conducted annually.
